Training programmes

Stop talking about AI. Start engineering with it.

Hands-on programmes that make AI a dependable part of how you build and ship, for Business Central and integration, from foundations to advanced.

Why now

AI in your pipeline is no longer optional

AI is everywhere in conversation and almost nowhere in real engineering practice. Most teams have dabbled: a few chatbot questions, a little vibe coding, then back to business as usual. Genuine adoption is different. It reshapes how you design, build, test, and ship, and it holds up when your code meets real data in production. That shift does not happen by accident; it comes from a method. These programmes teach that method, spec driven development, applied to real Business Central and integration work, from beginner foundations through to advanced practice. You will leave able to put AI to work across your pipeline and trust the code it produces.

The method

Spec and Test Driven Development, done with AI

Vibe coding is prompting until something works, then hoping it holds. It does not scale and it does not belong in production. Spec driven development flips it around: you start from a clear, written specification of what you are building, the behaviour, the data, the edge cases, and the acceptance criteria. The spec becomes the single source of truth that you, your team, and the AI all work from.

Testing used to be optional. For years, only a few teams genuinely adopted test driven development into their pipeline. AI changes that. When more of your code is generated, tests are what make it safe to ship, so testing is no longer a nice-to-have, it is the safety net the whole approach depends on. That is why these programmes pair spec driven development with test driven development, and let AI carry the work across the entire chain.

1. Spec

Define what to build and what “done” means, in writing.

2. Test

AI turns the spec into tests that pin the behaviour down before the code exists.

3. Development

AI implements until the tests pass; you review and steer.

4. Documentation

AI keeps the docs in step with the code, so nothing drifts.

The same flow applies whether you are building a Business Central extension or an integration.

What you will be able to do

Adopt AI the way serious teams do

Ship code that works in production

Spec, generate, verify. You ship AI-assisted code with tests and review behind it, not prompt-and-pray output that breaks the moment it meets real data.

Stop doing the repetitive work

Let agents handle the boilerplate, scaffolding, tests, and docs, so your time goes to design and decisions, the work that actually needs a human.

Use tokens effectively

Most teams burn tokens, and budget, feeding AI everything. Learn to scope context, structure prompts, and use caching so you get better results for far less cost.

Use the right model for the job

Not every task needs the most expensive model. Learn which model fits which job, where deep reasoning earns its keep, and where a fast model is enough.

Use AI correctly and safely

Guardrails, review discipline, and security, so client data stays protected, standards stay consistent, and everyone knows when to trust AI and when not to.

Move as a team, not as individuals

Shared specs, prompts, and playbooks so adoption sticks across the whole team, not just with your one keen developer.

Why train with me

Learn from someone who ships this work daily

11 years as a Microsoft MVP

Over a decade recognised for deep Business Central expertise, with 370+ published articles and 50+ talks across the Dynamics community.

Real adoption, not novelty

You learn the exact spec-driven, AI-adopted workflow I use to design, build, and review real code, with the judgement to know when AI is wrong.

Live and tailored to you

Every session is delivered live and shaped around your team, your stack, and your goals, so you leave with skills you can use on Monday.

Programmes

Two tracks, each from foundations to advanced

Choose your track, Business Central or integration, and start where you are. Each track runs from a beginner foundation to an advanced level, and every programme is built around genuinely adopting AI into the work.

Business Central

Beginner

Business Central with AI: Foundations

Learn Business Central development and adopt AI as a real part of how you build, from day one, with the fundamentals intact.

Best for: people new to BC, or BC developers who use AI on the surface and want to adopt it properly.

Business CentralAI adoption
Advanced

Business Central with AI: Advanced

Adopt AI deeply across architecture, large codebases, review, and team practice, so it changes outcomes, not just typing speed.

Best for: experienced BC developers and leads who want AI embedded in how their team delivers.

Business CentralAdvanced

Integration

Beginner

Integration with AI: Foundations

Understand integration properly and adopt AI to design and build reliable data flows, beyond pasting an error into a chatbot.

Best for: anyone new to integration who wants to build real connections and adopt AI as part of how they do it.

IntegrationAI adoption
Advanced

Integration with AI: Advanced

Design resilient, event-driven, high-volume integrations and adopt AI across the whole lifecycle, from architecture to operations.

Best for: experienced developers and architects running integrations at scale.

What you take home

You leave with more than notes

Every programme ends with a working template repository and a written guide, your spec, test, build, and document workflow ready to go, so you can start the day you are back at your desk.
